Pork Chicharrones

Perfect for a snack for two, or ten, you can make as much or as little of these pork chicharrones as your like. Once you’ve dehydrated the pork, you can even store a coupla in a jar or container for next time - it’ll last much longer than your bottle of chilled red!

METHOD

  • Boil the pork (as much or as little as you like), drain and cool overnight

  • Scrape off all excess fat. Destiny’s tip - the closer you can get to the skin, the more light and airy your chicharrones will be!

  • Cut into your desired shape & size. We love long, chunky strips.

  • Dehydrate for 12 hours.

  • Air fry on high for 3-5 minutes, or deep fry.

Then all that’s left to do is add your seasoning of choice. Our fave is spicy chilli salt with fresh lime.

Don’t forget to pour a glass of your Coupla Viinos Mexico as well!
